Enrollment Contract and Terms

1- From now on MAXIDAX ANGEL INVESTMENT NETWORK will be known as MAXIDAX. And all MAXIDAX members will be addressed as ANGEL INVESTORS.
2- MAXIDAX does not keep record of your personal information and id. You are totally responsible of the password security of the passwords sent you via email, the two step approvement process and protection of your passwords during member enrollment. MAXIDAX requires you to know that all obligation is yours if you lose your passwords in any way. We would like to inform you that transferring data over internet (such as e-mails) may have security flaws. It is not possible to protect the data 100% from the third party access.
3- MAXIDAX is an investment network processed with blockchain based digital assets for active and potential Angel Investors.
4- You can have Access to the services provided by MAXIDAX network from www.maxidax.com, mobile devices, mobile applications or any digital device regardless of registering an active account or not, complying to this contract with the latest version.
5- You aggree to comply to this contract everytime you have Access to the MAXIDAX internet site.
6- MAXIDAX does not provide service to those who are younger than 18 years of age, according to the Law in force. In this context during registering you accept that 18 years is the legal age limit and you have to declare that you are over 18 years old and accepting this by registering your account.
7- MAXIDAX has the right to change this contract partially or as a whole whenever or however wanted. MAXIDAX may cancel this contract completely. All information about this subject will be announced via www.maxidax.com to all Angel Investors.
8- Angel Investors accept the responsibility and supervision of their accounts.
9- If Angel Investors lose their Access information or witness any other security flaws, they should report to MAXIDAX immediately.
10- MAXIDAX uses maxidax (ip) generated materials.
11- You must ensure that the mail address, password and digital asset wallet which you provide during registration for MAXIDAX are precisely true and belongs to you. All the obligations about this subject are on the Angel Investors themselves. In any circumstane MAXIDAX does not allow the usage of the personal data by any third party. Confirmation of any situation like this, the rights of the confirmed third party are reseved.
12- Angel Investors should know that the mail address that they use to register MAXIDAX may be seen by anyone. If one is sensitive about this matter, we recommend them to register with a different and active email that they will not be bothered when exposed.
13- MAXIDAX can not be used for any illegal purposes. No copyrights or proprietary rights can be violated and published. Angel Investors can not share any illegal or immoral, obscene, pornographic, sexual content declaration. Investors accept not to share these kind of contents while registering their accounts.
14- You can not publish another person’s mail address, phone number, banking information or any personal data. The responsibility about this subject is Angel Investor’s.
15- You can not data deduction from MAXIDAX without written permission.
16- You can not run any auto-interface without our consent for Access.
17- You have to report to MAXIDAX if any inconvenient content.
18- MAXIDAX has the right to cancel or deny an investor’s network Access partially or completely on a moment’s notice.
19- None of the posts at MAXİDAX is, or can be interpreted as an investment recommendation for users. The users accept this while registering.
20- The Angel Investor is responsible for any defects or mistakes occured based on a technical problem of the computer system or devices they are using.
21- The Angel Investors using MAXİDAX accept not to harm MAXİDAXin any way by requests made by third parties. The Angel Investors agrees to undertake any risks relevant to using products, services and web site of MAXİDAX and agrees to release MAXİDAX from any responsibilities.
22- MAXİDAX states to have no responsibility of any direct, indirect or incidental losses of Angel Investor’s or third parties. Every Angel Investor know this issue and accept joining MAXİDAX.
23- MAXİDAX can notice Angel Investors anytime. These notifications will be via e-mail. In this context, giving an active email address and keeping the registered email active is Angel Investor’s responsibility.
24- MAXİDAX recommends Angel Investors to enter the web site and keep track of the innovations made. Any innovations made on the network is published on the website.
25- All of the terms of service can be examined at www.maxidax.com
26- If any part of this contract is considered unvalid, the remaining parts will remain valid.
27- Personal or public data can be gathered and recorded by MAXİDAX. The Angel Investors agree that though limited, some personal data is recorded and saved by the network. Valid technical information like Angel Investor IP addresses and domain names are automatically gathered. Cookies are used to record all these data. MAXİDAX accumulates these data to enhance the network.
28- MAXİDAX has the security measures to prevent Angel Investor information from loss, change or ill-usage by unauthorized Access. In addition all the data transfer between MAXİDAX and the Angel Investors happen on a encrypted and digitally signed SSL secure channel. MAXİDAX can share the impersonal data with shareholders, subsidiary companies or advertisers but can never share, sell or trade any personal identifying information. When you are using our platform you agree that you can not hack, falsify and/or use the platform illegally. In addition you can not share, declare, use, rent our actions or declarations without our written permission.
29- Our users sometimes may find ads or promotions having links to third party websites. If users choose to visit these websites, tey should understand that our web site has no responsibility on their security procedures and applications. The users must examine these websites’ privacy policies before making any agreements with their own responsibilites.
30- MAXİDAX Privacy Policies’ acceptance is automatic by using the platform. Continuing the usage after changes are made to the website will be considered as acceptance of the changes made.
31- The opinions, researches and market information may be changed on a moment’s notice. As stated above, we do not accept any responsibility of capital or profit losses of any company or person related directly or indirectly relevant to our company.
32- As an investor you should always remember that past assets are not indicators of future. In additon asset allocation, diversification and portfolio re-balancing are not guarantees protection against losses in market.
